Payment: Invoices are posted each December for renewal
of membership. The Dues cover membership for January through December. For new and continuing members,

New and renewing libraries use the form that fits your organization and follow the instructions.
2009 memberships run from January 1 - December 31, 2009 and are not pro-rated. If you renew now, your membership will carry over as a COSUGI membership throughout 2009.
Membership Activation and Refunds: Membership becomes active when membership payment is
received. A refund of membership dues for the current calendar year would be
available on termination of software contract with the SirsiDynix Corporation.
