FAQ for SirsiDynix Pre-Conference Education Services
and Consulting Services Workshops
Q. How do I register for the SirsiDynix pre-conference Basic System Administration training class?
A. 1. Credit cards option - customers may register and pay for classes at sirsidynix.webex.com.
2. Non-credit card option - Submit a Purchase Order or check to SirsiDynix. You will be registered for requested class once payment is processed.
Q. How do I register for the pre-conference API Workshop or API Refresher?
A. Use your existing API Subscription coupon.
If you are purchasing an additional seat not covered by your subscription, follow the credit card or non-credit card option described above.
To purchase or renew an API Subscription please contact your sales representative.
Q. How will I know I am confirmed for the requested workshop?
A. You will receive an email confirmation once the workshop has met the minimum number of attendees. Six is the minimum required for the workshop to be confirmed.
NOTE: Please do not make hotel or travel plans until you have received an email confirmation that the class has met minimum number of attendees.
Q. How do I find the SirsiDynix pre-conference workshops on webex?
A. Go to sirsidynix.webex.com. You then do a search on the word "preconference2010".
Q. Where are the pre-conference workshops being held?
A. All of the workshops will be held in Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. The room assigned to each workshop will be provided by email at a later date.
Q. What are the times for the SirsiDynix workshops?
A. The classes will begin at 9am and will end at either 12noon or 4:30pm with a 1 1/2 hour lunch break. There will also be morning and afternoon breaks.
Q. Will breakfast and lunch be served during SirsiDynix pre-conference training and workshops?
A. Neither breakfast nor lunch is included in the fee for SirsiDynix pre-conference training and workshops. Check here for information on restaurants within Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Q. When will registration for SirsiDynix pre-conference training close?
A. Registration will close when the class is full or on Saturday, February 6, 2010.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation Policy: Minimum attendance of six is required for each of the SirsiDynix workshops. Classes will not be held if the minimum number of registrations is not met.
Please do not make travel plans to attend SirsiDynix classes until you receive a confirmation that the class will be held. Once the minimum registration is received confirmations will be sent to all registered attendees. Deadline for SirsiDynix class registration is February 6, 2010.
