Eligibility:

Only SirsiDynix Customers are eligible to win (SirsiDynix Staff, COSUGI Board Members, and Conference Committee are not eligible to win). Drawing will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd, during the Opening Session. You must be present at the Opening Session to win.

COSUGI 2010 Conference Registration Refund Policy

Conference cancellations must be sent in writing (standard U.S. post or E-mail) to:

Refunds for conference cancellations received on or before January 29, 2010 will be refunded the original paid registration amount minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Refunds for conference cancellations received on or between January 30 - February 12, 2010 will be refunded the original paid registration amount minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 12, 2010

Refunds will be credited to the originating payment credit card (less fees) via COSUGI’s merchant credit card services provider. Refunds requiring check disbursement by COSUGI will require an additional 3 to 4 weeks to process and distribute.
