This portal provides access to making hotel reservations, purchasing park tickets, reserving Disney's complimentary round trip airport transportation service, and hotel & dining information. In addition to the rates above, each attendee / guest will receive complimentary high speed wireless internet access in their sleeping room.

Transportation To and From the Airport

Free round trip transportation for guests of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort flying to and from the Orlando International Airport will be provided via Disney's Magical Express which includes shuttle service and luggage service as well as check in assistance on return. Breakfast

While lunch is provided to all conference attendees, attendees will have to purchase their own breakfast. Several reasonably priced options are available on-site at the hotel. Stop by the Cafe Rix (Menu) for quick grab and go breakfast or visit the Pepper Market (Menu Front / Menu Back)

Park Tickets

Disney has set up a reduced ticket option for conference attendees who will be coming into Orlando early, staying late or want to visit one of the parks on an evening during the conference. For advance purchase of specially priced Disney Meeting / Convention Theme Park tickets click the banner below. You may also purchase tickets through the portal. Tickets purchased from the web link or portal will be available through Februrary 25, 2010.
